I’m seeing so many posts about weight loss resol I’m seeing so many posts about weight loss resolutions. I’m here with a reminder to be gentle on yourself. 💕

We’ve been through so much change in 2020, including our bodies. We haven’t been as active as we usually are and gyms have been closed.

Aiming to be healthy is a great goal, but don’t hurt yourself in the process.

2020 Mamas: “It was the best of times, it was t 2020 Mamas:

“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.” - Charles Dickens

You missed out on quality prenatal care, heard heartbeats alone, and labored in a mask. 😷

Loved ones missed your pregnancy, the birth, and maybe still haven’t even met your little one yet.

You brought your baby home and were completely isolated. You haven’t had the support that you desperately need.

When you’re up all hours of the night, your house is a mess, and you are crying with your baby, please be gentle with yourself.

You are doing your best. You brought a life into the world during unprecedented times. 🌎

It’s going to be scary and overwhelming. But remember how much you have overcome already.

You have gained strength, flexibility, and resiliency. That sweet, little baby will benefit from your growth, as painful as it has been. 💕

You created light in a time that felt unbearably dark and that is something to be proud of.

Cheers to all of you 2020 mamas 🥂

Before we can talk about moving forward in the new Before we can talk about moving forward in the new year, we must first talk about letting go.

2020 was honestly like a time-out of sorts. We were all sent to our rooms to reflect. Hopefully we’ve spent this time thinking about our actions, behaviors, and habits.

Today’s episode talks about letting go of what no longer serves you. Trim those dead leaves from your life, they are taking energy away from your growth. 🌱
